1. Standard Returns(unopened)
Return window: Within 15 days of delivery.
Condition: Product must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

Consistent use: Use the Elixir as directed on the product label for 30 consecutive days.
Proof of use:
Day 1 photos (before) of your scalp/hair in good lighting, and Day 30 photos (after) in the same lighting, angles, and areas, and
A brief usage log (simple notes/screenshots are fine) showing daily/regular application.
Timing of claim:
Submit your claim between Day 31 and Day 40 from delivery (i.e., after 30 full days of use, and within 10 days thereafter). Claims outside this window aren’t eligible.
One unit: Refund covers one bottle (product price only). Trial sizes, bundles, and multi-packs are excluded from the guarantee.
Exclusions:
Results vary by individual hair/scalp conditions, genetics, medications, hormone factors, and lifestyle.
Adverse reactions/allergies: discontinue use and contact us—this falls under our standard returns, not the results guarantee.
Improper storage/use, mixing with other topical treatments not directed by a professional, or inconsistent use voids eligibility.
